Willie Nile is a New York lifer—a singer-songwriter cut as much from the cloth of Greenwich Village’s folk music community as the Bowery’s punk scene. Throughout his long career he has shared the stage with, among others, The Who, The Roches, and Barenaked Ladies. He’s on tour now, and will be releasing an album of Bob Dylan covers called “Positively Bob” this summer.
